AmaWaterways has announced the return of its Seven River Journeys across Europe with its longest continuous river cruise. Guests will explore 15 European countries on a 49-night spring or summer edition voyage aboard a single ship, the luxurious Ama Mora.
“Since launching our Seven River Journeys in 2021, we’ve had huge demand from travelers looking to spend more time immersing themselves in beautiful destinations across Europe,” said Kristin Karst, co-founder and Executive Vice President of AmaWaterways. “With the widespread popularity of these longer immersive itineraries, we are delighted to announce that the Spring and Summer 2024 editions feature enriching itineraries aboard a single, award-winning ship, allowing passengers to sit back, relax and to enjoy the unparalleled experience of seamlessly cruising between the North Sea and the Black Sea visiting the historical sites and rich culture of the 15 countries in between.”
The Seven Rivers Voyages Itinerary
The 49 nights, 15 European countries journey sets sail through some of the most legendary rivers and canals: the Rhine, the Scheldt, the Meuse, the Waal Main, the Moselle and the Danube transporting you through countries such as France, Holland, Belgium and Germany.
It also includes the historic Main-Danube Canal which gave life to modern river cruising. It also adds a 7-day exploration of the Danube Delta and cities that stretch to the beautiful Black Sea, so guests can sail the full length of the navigable Danube.
Along the way, you’ll visit the Keukenhof Tulip Gardens, sample Alsatian specialties in Strasbourg, pass over 40 castles in the Rhine Gorge, and explore each region through its unique history, cultural traditions, architecture, delicious cuisine and its wine, and so much more.
